Gwenda is a fully qualified, registered trainer of this unique training method, which involves a mixture of yoga, tai-chi and aromatherapy. ChiBall aims to balance the body and uses a holistic approach to achieve this. Group sessions are run twice a week. Booking your place for the session you would like to join is essential.
The History of ChiBall™
Founded in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1997, the ChiBall Method™ was created by Monica Linford to provide an exercise method that promotes a lifestyle of balance and well being to people who value the environment, healthy lifestyles and personal development.
